Credit and Collection Supervisor
The qualified candidate will be responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the Credit and Collection Team.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good marketing and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling salary/personal or any consumer loans for at least 1 year is required
- Experience in Credit and Collection for at least 1 year is required
- Competent in utilizing MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Not more than 30 years old
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
Responsibilities
- Implement credit and collection procedures and strategy of the company.
- Supervise the Credit and Collection team in monitoring of delinquent accounts and initiate necessary actions.
- Lead the team in field Credit Investigation on new loan applications.
- Provide immediate assistance to Collectors and Credit Investigators to overcome problems related to their work.
